GUINAULT GA90 is a mobile diesel-powered Ground Power Unit (GPU) designed to supply 115/200 V, 400 Hz electrical power to aircraft on the ground in accordance with aircraft manufacturers’ recommendations and applicable aviation standards. The unit provides reliable power for onboard aircraft systems while parked, reducing the need to operate the Auxiliary Power Unit (APU), thereby lowering fuel consumption, noise levels, and emissions.
The GA90 is available in both trailer-mounted and self-propelled configurations to suit different airport operating requirements. It can also be equipped with an optional 28 V DC module, providing 800 A continuous and up to 2,500 A peak output current. Both the 400 Hz AC and 28 V DC outputs can be used simultaneously, allowing a single unit to support a wider range of aircraft ground power applications.
