Mobile Splitter

The Splitter is a robust and powerful spiral shaft screen with a wide range of applications. Pre-shredded household, bulky or commercial waste as well as waste wood and other screenable materials are separated into oversized and undersized particles at a high throughput rate.

Different screen deck variants, as well as options for the feed hopper and material discharge, even with recirculation on request, allow the Splitter to be precisely customized to the intended use. In addition to the Splitter Hook, the Track mobility variant is also available.

Reliable discharge

The inclination of the discharge belt for undersized particle can be flexibly adjusted and enables high discharge cones. Another advantage is the one-piece design, which minimizes leakages.

Precise material feed

The large feed hopper enables material to be fed from the front or side using a wheel loader or external feed conveyor. Thanks to the lifting console design, the transfer from the hopper belt to the screen shafts can be optimized. Alternatively, a feeding solution with vibrating conveyor is also available.

Efficient screening without winding

The dynamic screening system with interlocking spiral shafts ensures material transport, separation and screening in a single step. The single-sided bearing of the shafts ensures blockage-free and winding-free operation – even without pre-shredding. Low wear and minimum maintenance are further advantages of this system.

Precisely adjustable

By adjusting the speed, the screening surface can be better utilized and the screening result optimized. Further customization options are available by adjusting the angle of inclination of the screening surface via the hydraulic support feet. Different screen decks allow a screen section of 40 to 250 millimetres.
