With a drum diameter of 2200 mm and an effective screen length of 5500 mm, the Cribus has the largest screen area of its class. The feed cross-section to the drum, the drum diameter itself and the unsurpassed gap to the side walls allow a smooth screening-off process – even with large screen hole size.

Savings with E-drive

The power for the electrical drives comes directly from the mains or is generated by an integrated diesel gen-erator. Savings (mains operation compared to hydraulic drive:

Efficient drum drive

The drive via friction wheel, as an all-wheel drive with the patented “Wheelgrip” technology, has the highest degree of efficiency and at the same time reduces to a minimum the costs attributable to wear and servicing since there are no chains, cogwheels or additional bearings.

Maintenance made easy

Simply fold down the side wall to access the drum. No tools are required for exchange. The drum is lifted up with support arms and then removed using lifting gear or fork arms. Large flaps provide excellent accessibility to the whole of the engine compartment. The generator unit can be retracted or set up externally.

Despite its impressive size, the Cribus is easy to man-oeuvre as a semitrailer. Operation and maintenance are also easy and convenient. The operating panel with graphic control, automated startup and electric brush adjustment, plus options like hopper sensor con-trol, remote control and more make this machine exceptionally operator-friendly
