The MHL420 stands out for its exceptional flexibility and wide range of applications. A powerful hydraulic circuit allows the use of a wide variety of forestry attachments – from mulchers for slope maintenance to grapple saws for complex tree felling. Its low weight and compact dimensions make the machine easy to transport, while its small turning radius allows for convenient work in narrow spaces. An expert certification can be obtained, allowing the machine to be registered for work along highways and high-traffic roads.
The MHL420 performs excellently even in challenging terrain, thanks to a powerful travel drive, forestry tires, and all-wheel steering. The undercarriage is specially designed for heavy, demanding work in forestry conditions. Individually controlled retractable outrigger legs and enlarged outrigger pads ensure maximum stability even at full reach.
The unique Fuchs cab, which can be tilted at a 30° angle and hydraulically raised to the desired height, reaches a visibility height of 5.3 m and ensures excellent visibility even when felling or clearing trees. A one-piece windshield, combined with an enlarged panoramic roof window and rear and side cameras, provides the best possible view in all directions. A telescopic boom reaching up to 12.8 m allows the operator to reach even hard-to-access branches and treetops.
