Following the Willenbrock Baltic acquisition, Alwark unifies its Baltic operations

Alwark Group, a materials handling and warehouse equipment company, has completed the integration of Willenbrock Baltic, the Estonian company it acquired at the start of the year. As part of this process, the group’s entire structure was reorganized, and the operations of all group companies in Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, and Ukraine are now united under the single Alwark name. This will allow the company to serve its customers more efficiently and ensure a consistent experience across all markets.

“We made these changes so that we would have a single Alwark organization in each Baltic country and operate in the market under one unified brand. Until now, we had two separate companies in Estonia, and we have now merged their expertise and teams into one. This simplifies the structure and allows us to offer customers across the region a consistent standard of equipment, rental, service, and other industrial solutions,” says Julius Urbanavičius, CEO of Alwark Group.

Following the acquisition of Willenbrock Baltic OÜ — an Estonian company selling, renting, and servicing forklifts and warehouse equipment — completed at the start of 2026, the company was renamed Alwark OÜ. The previously existing Alwark OÜ in Estonia was renamed Alwark Cranes OÜ, and its operations and employees were gradually integrated into the new Alwark OÜ. This process was completed on August 26: Alwark Cranes OÜ was dissolved, and its entire team became part of Alwark OÜ.

“From now on, customers in Estonia are served by an organization that brings together expertise in materials handling, warehousing, port, and other specialized equipment that was previously built up separately. This means more solutions from a single provider, while retaining local expertise and the people our customers have worked with so far. In addition, the restructuring will allow us to draw on the technical resources, rental fleet, training, and international experience of the entire Alwark Group,” says Urbanavičius.

Alwark Group employs 311 people across the Baltic states and Ukraine, of whom 192 work in service teams and 64 in sales. The group has 122 service vehicles, a rental fleet of 2,518 units of equipment, and operates through 13 branches.

Each year, the group’s service teams carry out around 29,500 equipment maintenance and service jobs.

“The ongoing restructuring of the group ensures greater equipment availability, faster service, and the ability for customers to get solutions for different areas of their operations from a single organization. The integration in Estonia is another step toward building this kind of Alwark operating model across the entire Baltic region,” says Urbanavičius.
