Shopping center „Mada“ reconstruction

The refurbishment of the ‘Mada’ shopping centre is one of the largest and most significant commercial construction projects currently underway in Vilnius. During the refurbishment, the shopping centre – covering more than 28,000 square metres – is being modernised, commercial spaces are being expanded, new leisure areas are being created, and new shops and service outlets will open their doors to visitors. Once the work is complete, the refurbished shopping centre will offer more modern spaces for both businesses and visitors.

Hitachi excavators, supplied by Alwark, were also used in the early stages of the project. The machinery was utilised for site preparation, demolition and other groundwork. This work forms a vital foundation for the project’s future progress, which is why reliable and efficient machinery solutions are particularly important, enabling the work to be carried out accurately and on schedule.
